Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to safety and sanitation requirements, R.A.W. does not refund nor accept returns or exchanges on the following products: hair extensions, wigs, eyelashes, eyelash adhesives, hair wraps, brushes, and haircare products (shampoos, conditioners, oils, etc.).
**All wigs are custom orders and are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except for the Siliki Flat Iron which has a one-year warranty.
(i) The Siliki Iron has a one-year warranty for general wear & tear. However, the flat iron must be registered upon purchase to activate the warranty. Proof of purchase dated within year of claim must be presented when the claim is filed. Flat iron must be returned in original packaging.
(ii)The R.A.W. Hair Annex does not assume responsible for and will not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for extensions or wigs damaged by coloring or blonding (bleaching) services not done by the professionals at R.A.W. It is HIGHLY recommended that all coloring and blonding services are done by a licensed professional (ex: Cosmetologist or Colorist).
The billing and delivery address must match to place an order with The R.A.W. Hair Annex. If the billing and shipping addresses do not match, your order will be declined. After placing your order, the delivery address cannot be changed. If for some reason the shipping address is found to be undeliverable, the order will be returned to The R.A.W. Hair Annex and refunded.
We apologize, but once your order has been placed it may not be adjusted, cancelled, or refunded. We encourage all of The R.A.W. Hair Annex customers to review the details of their order carefully before submitting.
Being that R.A.W. Bespoke Wigs and Build-a-R.A.W. Bespoke Wigs are customized to fit your head, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Upon completion of your customized wig, you will be provided an email notification containing your tracking number.
The processing time for all other items ordered from The R.A.W. Hair Annex are 2-3 business days. A tracking number is provided to you via email or text message notification (depending on what you choose at checkout) once your order has been fulfilled.
If your order is placed before 2pm PST it will be processed the same business day.
*Please remember business days do not include weekends or holidays.
We use UPS and USPS to ship all of our products. Depending on the shipping method that you choose at the time of checkout you may receive your items as soon as 1-7 business days (North America).
In Canada, we only offer Certified First-Class and Priority Mail International USPS which may take 6-10 days (varies based on postal service).
All orders over $100 must be signed for upon delivery. If your order is unable to be signed for upon delivery, the delivery will be re-attempted according to the UPS/ USPS standards. If a signature is still unobtainable, the package will be held at your local UPS/ USPS location where you will need to arrange for pick-up or re-delivery. If pick-up or re-delivery is not arranged, the order will be returned to The R.A.W. Hair Annex at which point you will be refunded for your purchase less the shipping cost and a $25 restocking fee.
*Once the package is signed for at the delivery address, The R.A.W. Hair Annex is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged products.
**The R.A.W. Hair Annex is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
